So life has been kinda crappy of late. For one all my technological
gadgets decide it’s time to try out the new trend…system-suicide… So slowly I’ve
been caught up nursing their intricate wounds which means a lot of expenses and
having to put up with substandard versions of technology. All in all it’s been
really challenging considering that my whole day revolves around use of
technology (I’m an IT student just to clarify my neediness for functioning
gadgets). So a let down from any one of my gadgets means a redundancy in my
work and ultimately life. It’s not been easy coping with gadgets battling
terminal computer cancer and other dreadful diseases like machine-type-of-Ebola…
But through this experience I’ve come to learn in all our daily endeavors and rendezvous
of our work, a lot of things can go wrong, electronics can crash, proposals can
be turned down, employees can quit and even money needed urgently can be held
up or even denied. All these things can tear us apart depending on our level of
involvement and such an inconsistent batch of events is enough to transpose
anyone into ultimate fear. But one thing
I’ve drawn from my series of unfortunate events is that, while all can fail and
things or people we trust can change and eventually end up disappointing us,
one factor remains constant….GOD… God never changes He is always there, He
never fails, He never runs out of ideas, His funds bank is overflowing and He’s
never short of people to help. If you can trust a never changing God for your
ever changing circumstances then you’ll receive never ending life. Life can be cruel and hard and sometimes even
unfair, it hurts to give it your all and end up worse than you started but it
definitely pays to give God your all because He is constant. God never disappoints
and just like the good book says “He meets us at the point of our needs”. Just
when things get worse and all hope is lost, watch and wait and you will see Him
showing up. So cheer up, don’t be down in the dumpster about things or events
that didn’t work out well instead focus on God who makes it all happen. And
remember “God is not man to lie, neither a son of man to change his mind,
whatever He has promised shall surely come to pass…”
